The download for ECM is on the same page as the download page of Suikoden I and II. After that, your PS2 emulator should be good to go! Now, here's where you can download Suikoden I, II and V iso's /37637]Suikoden I (PSX) /37636]Suikoden II (PSX) Suikoden V (PS2) You are going to need to download the ECM Tools file to make Suikoden I and II usable.
Once you do that, start the PS2 setup by clicking the application and follow the steps. Here's the link PS2 BIOS I'm not sure if you'll have to unzip it or not but if you do, you can download WinRar if you don't have it already. Note that only Suikoden V has voice acting! First, here is the link to where you can download the PSX emulator: Emulator Zone: PSX Emulator Next, you'll have to install several plugins including the gamepad plugin if you're using a USB controller. Here's the next best thing you can do without spending a fortune! You can download the PSX and PS2 emulators along with the Suikoden I and II iso's for the PSX and Suikoden V for the PS2. Unless you have a ton of money, you won't be buying these games off the Internet or unless you get lucky and find one in a retail store.
