

The download for ECM is on the same page as the download page of Suikoden I and II. After that, your PS2 emulator should be good to go! Once you do that, start the PS2 setup by clicking the application and follow the steps. Here's the next best thing you can do without spending a fortune! You can download the PSX and PS2 emulators along with the Suikoden I and II iso's for the PSX and Suikoden V for the PS2. Unless you have a ton of money, you won't be buying these games off the Internet or unless you get lucky and find one in a retail store.
